Mesa, right now, 7 1/2 year upgrade. By July 2012, around a decade. There were street CA's off and on thru 2004 thru 2006 with a bunch of Eagle, and Mesaba pilots hired straight to the CA seat. There also was a time when ERJ CA was VERY junior too, upgrade was less than a year. And then of course Air Midwest had guys upgrading practically after initial IOE. Those days are long gone.
