It's all the same profession whether you fly 50 passengers or 300.
Man, that'd be one hell of a job for an arbiter to integrate. Don't worry, the way things are going, in 20 years everyone will have merged into everyone else and there will just be one airline monopoly called THE airline.
I do agree with your last statement wholeheartedly. We all do the same job. Some just work for better companies.
