Bali International Flight Academy has been posting a lot recently. They are needing C172 CFIs. They've been posting on climbto350 and findapilot. Pay is decent: $2,000 per month base US salary + $27/hr for flight/ground/sim + housing & food allowance. They also pay for 2 yearly plane tickets to the US. I was strongly considering them, but decided to stay here (USA). Good luck!
Unless the allowance for housing is VERY generous, that package doesn't seem very attractive. When I was looking at expat CFI jobs, they were paying $4000-$5000 per month.
