Heck, I'd just read their post history to start with.
Not to get to far ahead of myself, but if Emirates was to become my airline for the next 15-30 years. the time will come when I need to step up and be the good son and take care of mom or dad. Is it possible for them to spend thier last years with me and family in Dubai ?

maybe Typhoonpilot or Turtle could chime in[/QUOTE]

not surprisingly i agree with TP...

i give you props for thinking about your parents this way. my folks are getting up in age and both have had their share of medical issues as well. I wrestle with this issue. As much as i want to be with them in their last years you gotta ask yourself-will they want it? some people don't adapt well here for all kind of reasons...we as pilots since we're on the go don't spend 100% of our time here like our family..it makes a huge difference! My Dad hates going across town...he'd blow his fuse over here. Plus, and I've been to many clinics/hospitals here...I've never seen a geriatic ward.
