Those are elite frequent flyers. With our f$King unlimited domestic upgrade policy it's become nearly impossible to fly in F domestically. I'm happy when I've got an aisle in E+.
It's equally ridiculous when they call for elite access and half the airplane boards. Frequent Flyer means nothing with CO.
