Dude, I say the same thing all the time. Who in the world caved on this. If they told this to kids in college or before they went, I'm sure at least six or seven of them would realize that's just dumb. I'm pretty sure that we have sort of reached the point of it really couldn't get any less efficient as far as how you get paid. To think the bean counters can convince pilots that they can't make money doing it the way they do is the scary thing.
