You Colgan people should know better than anyone that the bottom feeder of the industry can become an average player with the stroke of a pen. I remember when the Q400 was still just a doodle on some Canadian's desk, Colgan was the joke of the industry, Chuck was still personally hiring street captains, and Comair was the place to be. In your stellar less than year long career you got turned down by Great Lakes and everywhere else, the pilot group that you were lucky enough to get hired into voted in a decent contact, and all of a sudden you feel like you have room to talk?? Grow up buddy, hate to break it to you but once the awesomeness of the turboprop you're tooling around in wears off you'll realize that all regionals suck.
