You may have called it that, but in September 92 FO payscales returned to the traditional (pre Contract 86, the B scale contract) percentages of Captain pay. Yes, I'm quite sure.
Ask one of your senior friends that still has a copy of the August 1990 contract. You'll see it in Section 3.
