Technically, compared to our ops, DCI pay scales already are a B scale (C-D if you really want to call it like it is since we are now career B-scale equivalent).

I have no issue bringing all the DCI equipment on board at current-ish rates to get them on property. That at least kicks the camel out of the tent so we can fix the mess we started by letting that slobbering and spitting animal in here in the first place.
