In your stellar less than year long career you got turned down by Great Lakes and everywhere else, the pilot group that you were lucky enough to get hired into voted in a decent contact, and all of a sudden you feel like you have room to talk?? Grow up buddy, hate to break it to you but once the awesomeness of the turboprop you're tooling around in wears off you'll realize that all regionals suck. Also remember that your contract is brand new. Republic's has been expired for 4 years.
Well got on with your contract and lead the way. awesomeness of the Q won't wear off. The airplane basically prints its own money and there are more coming. If for some reason I need a change there's always the 900 on 9E side.
