A B Scale was "unfair" because it had two FO on the SAME equipment making radically different pay for the same work. It was an exaggerated form of longevity pay. What was "unfair" about it is that you had current ALPA members deriving a benefit at the "cost" of future members so that you could have one 737FO making $45 and another making $120.
