btw, I've flown with guys who prefer long overnights (for beer drinking with people you've never met) and to preserve that would vote down a SWA style contract of
more days off and significantly higher pay. One of the quips about the SWA contract "I don't want to work that hard." um... does SWA do 14 leg 4-days? Because your airplane does.

This is folly. Unless there is a hard time cap instituted, guys are still gonna fly as many hours as they can. To say/think otherwise is a joke. Guys are now used to flying max hours. Max hours at higher rate = mo money. Mo money = mo toys. Mo toys = mo fun.
