So I'll ask you the same, what makes you think a alibi is necessary? To add, do you have the facts to make a determination as to what the cause was? Does a nice/happy METAR mean NOTHING else could have happened
That scenario is given on A LOT of PCs. Also, look at how narrow the runway is there.
