The resulting contract was going to be the DAL contract, and that was made clear at the outset.
The language isn't there because the fDAL NC/MEC didn't want it to be there.

It does make you dizzy doesn't it? Me too. Just relaying the general sentiment and impression I got at the time. Of course I will be told I am wrong.
We both agree that there was a lot in the NWA PWA that should have been transferred to the JPWA. We did get the ALK Code Share agreement in full though.
