100% correct. Why would DALPA not do something so simple. Something that would kill 2 birds with one stone. Kill the DPA, and rally the troops behind ALPA's showing that they care about stopping outsourcing. The silence is indeed deafening isn't it?

can't do this because they are affiliated with a national union that is
UTTERLY CONFLICTED on this issue of scope. That's why DALPA will remain silent. The conflict of interest is not "alleged", it is real. It is the duct tape over the mouth of ALPA.
