SeaTown, our entire PPM is built on precedence and tribal knowledge. I hate it, but learn to work within the system you were hired into. SkyWest is not a stepping stone for everyone, but it is a regional and issues like this are inherent in a company that has...
It is more the fact that they blatantly violate the ppm they've agreed upon following. If you're not going to follow it then change it. Don't say one thing then lie and do something else. Don't tell me to follow procedures when you (the company) can't even follow your own. It is hypocrisy at its finest. It breeds distrust and fosters an apathetic mentality. Respect for our leaders faded a long time ago. You want an efficient well run company? lead by example.
