No, it's not the company's responsibility, but EWR didn't say it was. His issue is with her having to
pay to ride in a seat that would otherwise be empty. That
is BS. No UCH employee should have to pay to ride space available on either UA or CO. That's the least the company can do for us "co-workers", IMO.
