First off, the obvious discussion is "How did your airline begin?" As far as GoJets is concerned this is a land mine that I won't even start to discuss. Second is pay. Almost all of today's "premier" regionals have fought long and hard for their current contracts. Giving here, taking there. As far as the comment about taking the majors flying away, there are other threads dedicated to this subject in particular. The way your question is written leads one to believe that you are defending GoJets, and are trying to seek justification as to why not join their team.
