Careful there tough guy. Two examples for you, seen first hand.
Gojet jumpseater has a seat in the back of the plane, but never asked Captain if he can j/s, he just gets on. Plane fills up and now he has to ask if he can ride up front. Guess how you think that went over. He was left and that Captain will never take a Gojet j/s again.
Very next month, different Captain, plane is full and Gojet tells my Captain that he is "riding up front with us". Captain is not pleased with that. Then the Captain asked me, "hey, your former TSA, what do you think of this guy riding up front with us?". I told him it was his j/s, his decision. Gojet got left at the gate again.
This is just one airline out of many. Hope you don't commute?
