I stopped tipping... at a first year FO salary I cant afford to tip.. (i dont care if I can write it off or not). This isnt to say that if the driver goes out of his way to do something I wont throw him a buck or two, but riding the shuttle to my job is the only way Im gonna get to work. Its not like I am on a vacation. I usually load and unload my own bags too....
