the thing is that wont matter to much now. I am sure they will be union soon, but we have scope clause in our contract for this. I have even heard it said that pinnacle pilots now own all of the colgan flying and routes. now what that means is two different things. First i think the seniority lists would have to be intergrated somehow, and second there will probably be seat locks for a while till they can figure out the hiring situation. Just remember in our scope it says that any flying, present and future for pinnacle inc, will be done by pinnacle airlines pilots. so we will just have to see how this spins out.
