It's all been published months ago. Log into DALPA then click on:
Blue Water Bulletin to download it. If you're not logged in, you'll get an error.
You have to read it carefully - there is the Interim Rest Facility and the future Pilot rest facility, both of which are different than the Current Flight Crew Rest Facility.
