, except they didn't ask to join your company - your company executives saw enough value (pardon the pun) to acquire and bring THEM "inside" at SWA rates, thus eliminating a true low-cost competitor. This road obviously seems more beneficial to the future(changed) direction of the company - it just may be contrary to that organic growth you as a pilot naturally prefer. Sounds like your beef really lies with your own company.
