yet you apparently aren't getting any payraise for this deal? Why not? You haven't EVER raised the bar for the rest of the industry. Here was your chance, and yet again, you fail to deliver. We and UCAL will raise it for the next time you negotiate. You're welcome. But I guess you just figure that you are going to get your payraises through the seniority you will steal with management's SLI?
