I am sick and tired of you folks bringing down the industry pay rates for more than a DECADE. How's that? Does it sound silly? It is exactly what you attribute to SWA. Since I have been a SWA, I have enjoyed industry leading compensation and work rules. I enjoy a work environment that is hospitable and comfortable. I wasn't here when the whole thing started and I can't be held accountable for previous contracts. What I can be held accountable for is the compensation package that I agreed to and the contracts I have been a part of. You should own up to the same.
