Well, the FAQ they published to us very specifically says the each companies' routes still belong to that company and that one won't be flying the other's routes.
The question is, can Pinnacle CORP bid on new flying under Colgan name without violating that scope? And an even bigger question, when they DO bid for flying under Colgan, will PCL's ALPA have more balls and do something about it, or will they do nothing like TSA?

I would think for now, any flying bid for under "Colgan", is legal, and not in violation of scope. That's why they are keeping them SEPARATE. (I love that word).
