So you're saying that a brand new guy getting checked out to be a simulator instructor, along with some longer-term guys who are checking out as new captains, would be looked at and graded the same as these experienced (at FedEx) pilots? And then, to make matters worse, when the 3 years are up, those old "scores" would be dug up and used as the criteria to either allow this guy to go to the line or not? Somehow I just doubt that. It's been my experience, that the FedEx flight training department, goes out of its way to be reasonable. Especially if the student shows that he or she is really trying.
