Good news, looks like the matter will be settled with verbal councelling. No record of anything. I feel like I got very lucky and definitely learned from the experience. The FAA inspector was a very nice guy, ex-airline, which I think make up the better half of the admin. Anyways, I explained that it was all my fault and did some things to make sure it does not happen again and he seemed content. Very fortunate.
