Also, going through the "bring to interview" list and noticed my personal passport JUST expired however my gov't passport is good to go. Was going to bring both regardless but what are some thoughts on whether or not I should jump through some serious hoops and pay some ridiculous fees (upwards of $300) to have my personal passport renewal process expedited in order to have it by next week? Is it a big enough deal to spend the dough?
When I went to class, my passport only had 6-7 weeks left on it, as did that of another classmate. No problem...we got a letter from Atlas(it's a constantly-used form letter on Atlas letterhead) addressed to the MIA Passport Agency to expedite our passports for walk-in service. We got an appointment for some downtime, and picked up our passports. After all, you will have Atlas Air Flight Crew ID's and a good excuse for same-day service. No extra cost.
