I had this happen to me back in march. They did give me 1 payback day and the 2 hrs did go over the 70. I was signed in and at the airport when the cancelled on me.

Yep, that is how it worked for me too.
No day off and, as far as he can tell, no pay on top of guarantee, for him.
This guy was still at home when he got the cancellation call, and guys were signed in at the airport, so maybe that's the difference.
