Sounds like you will at least be honest and take the blame for the failures. Thats what they are looking for. As for getting the call for an interview, I got a buddy hired with much less tt and multi than you have right now. Internal recs go very far with the cp office. If you know someone here give them a call and get them to do you the favor. Could save you money on that lat 5 hr of multi.
I know one guy in training right now, once he hits the line I'm hoping he can give me the rec. My other friend was a captain and she left I think in Jan. or Feb. I know she talked with the CP, but I just didn't have enough hours at the time. I'm hoping it all works out as I've been flying and studying my tail off in hopes that any company gives me the opportunity to interview.
