It is great that you are excited and motivated, but some of what your saying is coming off as having drank massive amounts of kool-aide already and defending the new wife that you'e known for 2 weeks.
Plenty of people on these boards do have experience to back up what they say. I'm saying this as someone who only reads about GLA so I really have no dog in this fight except for an unbias view from an outsider.

For what it is worth there was a guy in my new hire class from Lakes. He was there about 6 months maybe, and quit to start all over again at another company. He didn't have to many nice things to say about Lakes.
