If you don't take an overseas spot I would guess that the 727 backseat is probable.

- The aircraft are still around
- All of the current engineers (under 65) have a spot out in the last bid
- The just advertised for new flex instructors
- There are only about 10 incoming over 65 engineers in the next 10 months

All 727 crews are MEM based.
