Case in point. I went somewhere for a quick upgrade. Most will complain it is a crap regional with out ever working here. It's got its low point regardless. I am now based at home, working 4 on 3 sometimes 4 off. Home every night. I see my friends family, make extra money working with friends all while building that greatly needed multi turbine time. I have passed up Captain twice because it means a base change and my QOL goes down the crapper. Until I can hold a line somewhere FO works just fine.

Bottom line go with what works for you, asking on here is a great idea for input but take it with a grain of salt. A lot of guys here are not any further up the ladder than you but they are self proclaimed experts on life and liberty at airlines they don't even work for.

Remember what's best for you may won't have anything to do with anyone else.
