I'd have to put left pattern to RWY 27 in TEX (Telluride) up there with a fun / challenging "approach" even though it was not an approach in the traditional sense but a visual maneuver that many of us have had to shoot the approach to get to, broken out, (with the 5-111, 91.155 vis mins right) stepped down to the 10,500 TPA, and then dog leg it into RWY 27 respecting the noise abatement procedure.

ASE was fun for sure too, LOC 15, circle 33 was always a kick. I'd be proud of myself on my post flight walk around then see an Air Whiskey BAC doing it and then think, "ok, so I'm not that cool". Another thing with ASE that was so thrilling was ATC departing aircraft right at you on the Lindsey 4 while you’re working your way on the LOC 15. Good times.

Anybody out there who did the famed Kai Tak "checkerboard approach" at Hong Kong? I can only imagine the fun after a long Pacific crossing at the edge of a typhoon.
