I worked for AA the past two seasons. It was a great experience flying all over the U.S. low and slow. They also have 4 Aztecs that you could possibly upgrade into, but it would most likely only happen if you stuck around for a second season. Sorry, but I don't have any info on the interview process since I had previously worked at AA as a CFI, I never really interviewed. Good luck to those of you applying.
