As a FO 3/4's of the way down the list on the 320 I can easily credit 80+ hours and have 15-17 days off. Our rigs allow one to credit 80 hours while blocking closer to 65-70 hours. If I'm on reserve on a higher paying aircraft I'll have less days off and make less money. Even if you go to longevity based pay I still end up with less days off because I'm on reserve.
