There are usually some apartment listings in the crew room, also some for cars as people rotate off island. Check with Therese, the Base Administrator. She works in the same office as the Chief Pilots, unless they have reorganized. The DO was in that office also until they eliminated the CMI certificate.

I would recommend Dededo, Harmon, Latte Heights, Tamuning, Tumon. Accomodations can vary in quality quite a bit, if you're commuting you might make a choice to stay in a lesser place. These villages are fairly close to the airport. Reasonably good 2 BR apartments can be had for $800-$1000 in those areas.

You can search for rentals here:Dededo real estate, Mangilao real estate, Piti real estate.

Be advised, Guam is backwards in some ways. You must apply for electric service and phone service in person, not online or by phone as we can do most places in the mainland. I would recommend using the office at the Julale Center as it has both GPA (Guam Power Authority) and GTA (Guam Telephone Authority), where most other locations are separate offices.
