I have worked for one company that had a 1 hour time, so I would expect that the time for your job would make the most difference. Also, keep in mind how it would reflect if you were being paid to be on reserve but then you weren't available when the company decided that they needed you... you might not be fired the first time, but you would be lucky to get away with it twice. I guess it just depends on how confident you are that you can make it back in time
