Sorry to pile on, but your first statement is exactly the reason why you've grown so slowly, while FedEx has exploded in pilot and aircraft growth. Any of you guys working for UPS remember when your airline was just starting out and your management went to the truck drivers and asked if any of them wanted to be pilots? None of them said "Yes." Now that was classic.
