I am one of those guys. I will not go back to first year pay and bottom of the list at a regional. I am already considering other employment. There is no longer a career progression at ASA. I agree with you brotha'. Been here for 5 years myself and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Just got off of 3 weeks of vacation and I did not miss ASA one bit.
