Done and done. Backpacks are required, and the only way approved to carry your uber cool laptop around. Your compensation will be primarily in iTunes giftcards and hair gel. Newhires wont need money since they will be subsidized by Mommy and Daddy, although there will be sponsorships through RayBan available if you qualify for financial assistance!
