I'm pretty sure it's three hours to push in all instances now for short call. No more "report times." Simpler for everyone that way, and preferable IMO. The 2 hours from call to sign in on computer was a pretty tight leash.

11. A “B” Reserve Pilot must be phone available during his specified phone availability period and must be able to effectuate a block out (including Deadhead) within three (3) hours from initial notification.
