Thanks for the responses. Wondering a couple of other things. The offer letter does not specify what the cost is for our share of medical, dental and vision. Also, does CO pay for any portion of disability insurance, or do we pay for it? If so, how much does it run?
Also, what is the minimum guarantee for lineholders? (when/if that time comes.). And how ugly is it for mixed lineholders (UAL doesn't have that btw) and bottom lineholders?
