no offense taken. Imo that is why they hire us to do this job, we intrinsically have a desire to get the job done. Throw in some new hire cool-aid and you have a highly motivated individual. Really sad that this went from a great career to a job.
Btw, what is the IMSAFE checklist, I must have missed the memo. Maybe it wasn't on the CD this quarter!
I learned the IMSAFE checklist as a student pilot. Probably a civilian thing.
Anyways, is been covered but I learned it as this:
Illness
Medication
Stress
Alcohol
Fatigue
Emotion(Cloudy thoughts)
If I'm not free of all of those things, it's a no go.
