Funny you should mention this - a few years ago I ran into LM in the hotel bar in AMS. Over a couple of beers he specifically told me that it was the goal of the MEC to achieve contract restoration, and that they had a detailed plan to do so. But that was the previous MEC, so I guess we're SOL now. Oh well.
