Once again, the block hrs per pilot tell part of the tale, the other part is ASM's per pilot. If you actually break out the international augmentation that is required and add those block hrs to the Form 41 reports you would quickly realize that we are as if not more efficient that SWA. Wow! Twice in one day that I agree with ACL!!!
Better talk to your reps though, ACL. I know at least one that is putting out the "you want SWA pay, then the company will want SWA productivity and we'll furlough a whole bunch of pilots." Maybe your reps need to start arguing correctly!
