BTW, I was all ready to walk away from the deal I am working, when something broke free. It will get me one step closer to making a decision. At anytime I feel it is not a money making proposition, I will walk away. You have to have that ability to make any money.

Even though I have almost 15K posts on here, (sad) I spend most of my day researching potential investments. I act on about 10% of the ones I look at, and about 20% of the ones I tear the books apart on. It takes a lot of work to find the right deal for you.
