I can tell you that if your Reps are saying that, they are trying to play groups against each other. Not cool. I do not know one RJ pilot here that thinks that 15% is acceptable.

This RJ Pilot has a lot bigger expectations than 15%. Heck double it and I still am not convinced.

One thing is certain, we are all DAL pilots. It really does not matter where you came from, you are here. Time to row together to get what we want.

*If I hear a former regional guy stating 15%, I will will have a nice chat with him, and if you hear a Former Mil guy saying he will take a larger pay raise to sell some bit of scope, you have a talk with them. Deal?
