This RJ Pilot has a lot bigger expectations than 15%. Heck double it and I still am not convinced.
One thing is certain, we are all DAL pilots. It really does not matter where you came from, you are here. Time to row together to get what we want.
*If I hear a former regional guy stating 15%, I will will have a nice chat with him, and if you hear a Former Mil guy saying he will take a larger pay raise to sell some bit of scope, you have a talk with them. Deal?

IMHO, most regional guys want the HUGE pay-rates and great benefits. They have been hustling and busting b@lls trying to make it to the Majors, where they can finally live the "dream".
Minus Carl and like, I think the super senior and military guys with gov't pension and medical are OK with 15%, as long as their final years are not disturbed.
Remember, no one is to blame. A contract is:"legally enforceable agreement between two or more parties with
mutual obligations". We, as a whole, agreed to our substandard pay and benefits.
It is the Unions job to promote UNITY, so that the next contract, WE CAN MUTUALLY agree to a KICK A$$ contract. As a Unified entity, we walk together, I dont blame others for our weak contract, because the majority agreed to it.
